About the project
When brothers Josh and Dinesh Boaz founded Direct Agents, a digital marketing agency providing clients with customized
online advertising solutions, it was clear their shared passion for entrepreneurship, advertising and technology would produce
a truly 21st-century business. Indeed, having come to the United States from India and Sri Lanka as children, they built an organization
founded on innovation, education and diversity. Direct Agents has prospered since opening in 2003, offering creative management solutions that incorporate analytics and artificial intelligence, attracting prestigious clients, and winning awards as an independently owned agency with offices in New York and Los Angeles. The firm’s new, 11,250-square-foot New York office for 50 employees, designed by BR Design, is as progressive as its operations. Its hybrid work environment melds comfort with functionality in multi-use meeting
spaces, a game/lounge room, a dining area, call rooms, private offices and open-plan workstations that are eccentric, colorful, and
playful. Every space feels special—a unique blend of contemporary furnishings with classic modern pieces, striking graphics, bright colors and varied lighting. Chosen as one of Crain’s Best Places to Work for its culture, initiatives and training programs, Direct Agents could easily have won an award for its new office as well.
